Yes, all registered attendees will be given the website address, username and password on-site at the conference that they may use to log into the system to download the presentation slides in PDF format approximately within two weeks of the event’s conclusion.
Please bring your photo ID and business card to the registration desk in the morning of the meeting’s first day during the registration times listed in the program agenda to pick up your badge.
The dress code for the meeting is from business casual to business.
Certainly. Once you are fully registered, you will receive periodic updates about the program agenda, special events we have planned as well as other information to help you maximize your attendance at the meeting.

Our preferred method for payment is in USD paid via credit card through our registration system. RMB payment is accepted via bank transfer or cash on-site.

A Chinese Fapiao can only be issued to you if you have made payment in RMB via bank transfer or cash on-site. If you need an official Chinese Fapiao, please send an email to eric.lu@lycheegroup.com and we will have the invoice mailed to you. If you have made payment in USD via credit card, we can issue a receipt or invoice to you via mail or email.
Yes, you may log into our registration system to change the attendee name or send us an email at hidy.fu@lycheegroup.com to have the attendee information updated.
All payments are non-refundable. You can transfer your attendance to a colleague or friend or use your registration for credit towards a future Lychee Group event.
We do not offer one-day passes to attend China Medical Affairs Summit.
Yes, all non-Chinese citizens are required to a visa to travel to China for the conference. Please consult with your local consulate for more information.
We can provide you with an invitation letter that you may use to apply for your visa to China. Please email us at hidy.fu@lycheegroup.com to request an invitation letter. Only registered and fully paid attendees will be issued an invitation letter.
No, you must book your hotel accommodations separately.
Yes, we do have a special rate for attendees of the conference at the conference hotel. To request the form to book at the special rate, please email us at hidy.fu@lycheegroup.com.
We allow a very limited number of press members to attend the conference on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to request a press pass, please send an email to eric.lu@lycheegroup.com along with your press credentials so we may consider your attendance.
